Hello,
I'm not a Hyundai owner, but I'm leaning toward the purchase of a new Azera subject to learning more from the threads herein. I have a 2006 ES330 Lexus which has been perfect since new, but the new design, cheaper interior materials and extra money for "Options" which were not options back in 2006, has soured me. I've looked hard at the Camry XLE V-6 and the Accord EX-L V-6, both fully equipped and honestly never considered Hyundai. I've read many reviews and the Azera certainly merits further investigation. Perhaps my perception of its unreliability and poor dealer servicing jaundiced my opinion, so I really want to read and see if all that is a thing of the past.
Any help or tips members can provide would certainly serve to educate me and provide some ammunition at the dealership. I thank you all most profusely in advance and look forward to a lasting friendship here on the forum. Thank you !

Bought my 2013 Azera in March and love the car. I traded in my 2011 Avalon and have no regrets at all. Good handling and a smooth quite ride.

Thanks for the welcome. I see you're in Nokomis, we're north in St. Pete. We used to drive down to Nokomis and hang out near the park behind the beach. Is it still laid-back Jimmy Buffet Florida ?

Thanks for the information and I'm happy the car is all you'd hoped for ! Apparently, the 2013 Avalon doesn't ride as nicely as previous models and I'm not thrilled with the face-lift (ditto Lexus) either !

It is, but they're building big, new bathrooms and there's a new concrete foundation going up right by the former Tampa streetcar modular bait shop/snack shop, so I guess the old streetcar may be going away. The "Red-Neck Riviera" sign on the tree is gone...
