Today life is very busy every one trying to kkep him or her fit and smart but due to work and tiredness many loses there health.

Here are the tips for remaining healthy :

Reduce the amount of TEA you consume

Exercise 3 to 5 times a week. It will boost the immune system, which helps to fight off colds, viruses, and germs.

Drink more WATERin the morning, less at night

Best sleeping time is from 10pmat night to 6amin the morning

Kick the smoking habit. Smoking adds ten years to a person's life and it does not help the immune system.

Eat healthy foods that contain fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.

Do not take Alcoholmore than one glass/cup/serving a day

Do not take pills with COOLwater.

Do not have HUGEmeals after 5pm
