    Lightbulb Seats already wearing!

    Hello Everyone-

(glad to see there is a Azera Forum, thanks for the admins who created such a site!)

HAS anyone else noticed on the outside (near the doors) bolsters (the part that stick out to the front on the side of the seat) on there driver & passenger seat starting to wear?

This was spotted when I did a FULL detail on my wifes car yesterday dressing the seats with my favorite LEXOL leather cleaner.

My wife drives it 1/4 mile everyday for work, and it looks scuffed up slightly! As if you scuffed 80 grit sand paper lightly across it. I do notice the "leather" used is very fragile especially on the steering wheel my wedding band made a scuff mark already. That was my fault though.

    * Any input on how others interior's are holding up would be interesting to hear from. Wonder if this is a 2006 Leather seat issue, and 2007 they used different materials?

I will post a photo of her seats tomorrow for everyone to see what I am talking about. I am sure the dealer could care less.............

    RE: Seats already wearing!

No visible wear difference in my 2006 Limited with 10,300 miles. The outside edge is a bit darker with use, but that's about it...

Not that I know of. Theres a member with a p5 that put speed3 seats in, but I dont know anyone that put in the speed3 seats in the MS6. I only knew one member who put in Takatas spelling? in his MS6.

I now have 62k miiles on my 2006 and while the seat bottom is still unmarked, I do note that on the upright seat back there is some visible scuffing in the leather near the door side...
