Thread: Rectangular Crack in Dash

I just bought an "08 Azera second hand from a used car dealer with 8000 miles on it. I just realized that there is a crack in the dash about the size of a license plate. I am told there is some kind of plate under the dash. It certainly isn't due to a knife cut or the like. It has perfectly rounded edges almost the size of a license plate right above the glove comp. Anyone ever seen this before?

Yeah... don't screw with it... it might just blow up in your face, because that's where the airbag is!

Our '07 Azera will probably get in for that and myriad other problems in a couple of weeks.

(Probably the best place to ask about interior issues would be the 'Interior Appearance' or 'General Azera Talk" sections of this forum, rather than the 'Engine & Transmissions' section. But hey, glad you made it here, don't sweat it!)
