    Brake System

    Hello Everybody

The worldwide automotive brake system industry is currently witnessing rapid innovative developments day by day. According to a research study by Frost & Sullivan, there is likelihood that after 2010, the global automotive industry and automobile brake parts manufacturers will start using brake-by-wire systems instead of hydraulic braking systems.
The various technologies such as electro mechanical braking system and the electronic wedges brake are soon going to replace the older automotive brake system. With the help of these brake-by-wire systems, automobile drivers
will be having more control on their vehicles particularly in case of sheer emergency.
    Thanks.

    RE: Brake System

Hello Everyone,A rotating road wheel allows the driver to maintain steering control under heavy braking by preventing a skid and allowing the wheel to continue interacting tractively with the road surface as directed by driver steering inputs. ABS offers improved vehicle control and decreases stopping distances on dry and especially slippery surfaces. However, on loose surfaces like gravel and snow-on-pavement, it can slightly increase braking distance while still improving vehicle control. On others, it may not improve control at all.

    RE: Brake System

Brakes are generally used for rotating axles or wheels, but can also be other ways, such as surface moving fluid. When the brake pedal is pressed the plunger to push the ship toward the brake disk, which slows the wheel down. Brakes make a simple hydraulic principle.

    RE: Brake System

Hydraulic Brake Assembly is the lesser light vehicle braking system. A normal brake fluid pressure system is created when we press the brake pedal function. Generated in the brake fluid system pressure, to prevent the brake disc holder from rotating wheels.

Some brake system can provides improved vehicle control and reduce stopping distances on dry and very smooth. A system for normal braking fluid pressure is created when you press the brake pedal function. However on loose surfaces like gravel and snow on the roadway, it can slightly increase braking distances.
