Thread: Can anyone advise me a replacement for phentermine?

Does anyone know a safe replacement for phentermine?

I'm looking for something over the counter. My physician refuses to give me a prescription for phentermine as last time I had some unpleasant side effects.
An appetite suppressant is exactly what I'm looking for. Such pills help maintain my weight within the acceptable limits.

Please give me a hint if you know something.

Wrong forum, but I'll throw some advice, anyway, Not to be a smart ass, but try physical exercise and changing your diet. I know it's not easy to do those types of lifestyle changes; I'm currently working hard to lose fat/retain muscle in that way. If you force yourself to push dietary changes & exercise for 60 days, before you give up... you probably won't want to give up!

I've seen others' success with Medi-Fast system, but again, without exercise, the muscle goes first... a whole other set of side effects.

Forget the bathroom scales; with exercise & weight loss you'll like what you see in the full-length mirror. Walk / run / bike... leave the Hyundai Azera in the garage more often! Best wishes to you.

I've been advised to try a natural suppressant. A friend of mine, together with her husband, have already taken it but kept silent. :)
I've read some reviews and comments about it. So they say it does help and really reduces appetite. If someone is interested,
