Did you try opening the hood and unscrewing it in the back?
It's fairly easy. You will need a very stubby phillips screwdriver and small hands. A light and handheld mirror would help too. Most important is a small(about 4") ratchet wrench that will accept a phillips head. After opening the hood and removing the top covering of the radiator/air con units(three or four phillips fasteners in plain view) you can see all the fastening points of the grill except two. These two are located high on the back of the grill on each side. Don't give up! They are hard to see, but easy to remove. As I recall, there are four fasteners on the bottom and three on each side including the two high ones. Good luck!

Thanks!!! You saved me $200...The dealership was going to charge me $200 to remove the grill. They stated that it was going to take two hours because they had to remove the bumper. With your help i was able to do it in under 20 min.
I'VE BEEN TRYING ALL I CAN TO GET THE AZERAS GRILL OFF. THERE'S FOUR SCREWS IN EACH CORNER IN BACK OF THE GRILL I CANT GET OFF EVEN WITH THE CAR IN THE AIR ON A LIFT. HAS ANY ONE GOT THE GRILL OUT WITH OUT TAKEING THE BUMPER OFF? ANY HELP IS WELCOME
You're going about it from the wrong end! Get to it from the top with the hood up. The black plastic shield over the radiator/ac compressor needs to be removed. Then you have easy access to all mounting points of the grill. Two are very high up on each side of the grill. Check out this forum and others and search "grill removal". There are a couple really detailed step by step instruction postings. It really is easy. Good luck.
Welcome to the forum! Hope cdmuile's advice gets you where you want to get. I've merged a year-old thread with this one, look up to what is now Post #3 for more detailed info..
